All sessions are paid before each session by bank transfer.
All sessions are 50 minutes from your appointment time.
Initial consultation – Free
A short telephone consultation to explore your therapy requirements and how I might be able to help you.

Face to face counselling – £50
In-person counselling in a comfortable private practice room.
50 minute session
Online counselling – £50
Online counselling is available if you prefer, or are unable to attend my counselling practice in person. Online counselling sessions take place using a video conferencing platform such as Skype, Zoom, or Teams.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. As this time is reserved specifically for you, there is a cancellation notice period of 48 hours.
Missed or cancelled sessions without the 48 hours notice given, will result in you being charged the whole session fee.
This cancellation fee helps to ensure that I can stay in business, continue to serve my clients, and also helps you to remain accountable for your own therapy goals, ensuring a positive outcome.
If I need to cancel
If I need to cancel one of your appointments, I will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule.
If rescheduling your appointment for that week is not possible, you will not be charged and your next appointment will continue as scheduled.
I will provide you with at least 2 weeks notice of any planned leave.
